Next Generation Pet Foods works with several national shipping partners. Please note that as these shipping partners are general couriers, we are unable to deliver to Parcel lockers or Post Office boxes.

Commercial Business Addresses:

All orders are shipped from our Caloundra depot to a non-residential location will require a signature upon delivery, unless special comments are left at the checkout section to confirm an “Authority to leave “ the order. If an authority to leave is requested, then the responsibility of these goods after delivery becomes that of the buyer, not Next Generation Pet Foods.

Residential locations:

All orders are shipped from our Caloundra depot to a residential location, which includes where a business is being run from a residence will default to an “Authority to leave “ the order. This is due to high re-delivery charges from carriers should there be no-one to accept the goods at the time of delivery. This is also set by some carriers due to COVID non- contact practices. The responsibility of these goods after delivery becomes that of the buyer, not Next Generation Pet Foods.

 

 

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges are based on your registered Billing address. Should you ship to another location, this may impact the terms of *Free Shipping deals, and as such Next Generation Pet Foods reserves the right to amend the shipping charges on your order to reflect this new location.

Should this occur, the office will be in contact to notify of additional charges and/or arrange payment of these charges.

15 kg Evolution Holistic range will incur a freight charge with the exception of QLD METRO customers ordering 14+ bags.

Shipping for orders under $500.00 is based on actual cost by carrier, which you will be able to select at checkout based on your preference and price.

STANDARD DELIVERY TIMES

Next Generation Pet Foods dispatch warehouse operates Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 3.30 pm (EST)

Generally, orders are dispatched within 3-7 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive an email advising tracking details for your order so you can keep an eye on the status of your delivery.

Please note that during peak periods, these timeframes may vary beyond our control.

 

SE QLD: 1-2 business days

NTH QLD: 3-4 business days

VIC, NSW, ACT: 3-6 business days

WA, NT, SA, TAS: 6-10 business days

 

PICK UPS

Due to Large volumes of orders - please allow 24 hours for order collection.

Hours for customer pick up are STRICTLY 8.00 am – 3.30 pm Monday to Friday.

PALLET ORDERS

For pallet orders our contracted freight companies require that CHEP pallets be exchanged at the time of pickup/delivery.

Where CHEP pallets are not exchanged, you will be held accountable to the terms and conditions of the contracted freight company's delivery policy.

Should you not have a forklift available to unload at the time of delivery, a hand unload fee will be charged by the carrier regardless of any assistance given to unload.
